  • Synthetic Squirrel - Soft hair, suitable for watercolor painting, inking and any other low-resistance mediums.

  • Natural Hog: Stiff and springy. Best for heavy lifting with oils.

  • Natural Pony: Coarse hair. Best used when working with oils.

  • Natural Goat: Designed for soft blending and water washes.

  • Weasel: Less spring. detail-painting, oil or watercolor.

Cleaning: Clean the brush immediately after usage. Remove all remaining paint by cleaning the brush with the appropriate solvent. After rinsing rub the bristles gently with conditioner.

Storage: Do not place brushes vertically in the water. Make sure they are completely dry before putting away, keeping the head side undisturbed by any pressure. To keep the brush fresh wrap the bristles and ferrule in plastic wrap or foil.
